Product Quality/Returns

In the event you received a product from one of our vendors that doesn't meet your standards or quality. Hit us us up on any platform with a photo of the product and a quick message about the issue, and we'll do our best to take care of it! Issues may include tears, wrong fit, wrong item, or unfit quality material. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on poor printing, only material issues. Refunds are a subject acted on by our discretion. You have 5 business days to initiate a return order from the time of delivery. Refunds will be processed through the payment method provided. Product must be new and not a refurbished product, in the event an item needs returned to vendor, It is your sole responsibility to cover shipping charges. Refunds are ONLY given, in the event of return or product quality issue.
